We were so lucky to have a friend recommend Jeff. We did a DIY bathroom remodel on a very old house . There were surprises at every turn behind the old walls and floor . Jeff was a steady hand at every “ oh boy “ moment. He had great attention to detail. Worked quickly and stayed on task. Redoing our 40 year-old copper pipes, which were on their last leg. Tying up all the lines for the shower and the vanity. We put in a composite stone, four piece shower with a stone landing . We were so happy with the results and working with Jeff. He also has the cleanest truck of any Plumber, I’ve ever seen. He was very reasonable in his pricing, and he kept us informed along the way of everything he was doing. On top of that, he’s a really great guy. Having someone you don’t know in your house for five days can be a little unnerving. Jeff was like one of the family.!

Jeff took his time to show us what/where the clog was for our kitchen sink problem. He was extremely thorough and made sure ALL clogs were clear, there weren’t any leaks from replacing sections of the piping and took pictures to show us what was causing the clogs.

I recently had a water leak in my garage and couldn’t figure out what was causing the leak. Jeff from Thin Blue Line was referred to me and he came over the morning after I called him. He helped diagnose and fix the leak which was coming from a shower. Once we purchased a new shower, he installed it in a few hours, cleaned up after himself and everything was working properly once again. Jeff is a great communicator with reasonable rates, I highly recommend him!

​Jeff is great! He called me back about 30 minutes after my initial inquiry. We had a good chat and he was able to stop by the house the next day. He showed earlier than his stated ETA and called out when 15 minutes away as promised. He ran into issues and we were able to spend about 75-90 minutes driving around finding required parts. It was a good time and we had a chance to have a bit of fun and learn a little bit about each other. When we returned to the house, he was all business and things were up and running in no time. Jeff is a great guy and knows his business. We will call upon Jeff again should the need arise. Thanks for a job well done!!
